At Relate & Reflect Counselling we privilege relationship and connection. We understand that meeting with a new counsellor, or booking for your first time can bring up feelings of uncertainty, anxiety, and or wonderings about your therapist and the process. As such we have decided to provide our new clients with a Free 15 Minute Consultation where they can meet with their therapist and ensure that it is the right fit. We understand how important it is that you feel your counsellor is a trusted and relatable other, and we invite you to connect today with any questions you may have about the process or about booking an appointment.

Free 15 Minute - No Obligation - Introductory Consultation for New Clients
In line with industry standards for Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC) sessions are
50 minutes in length and $150 per session hour
